Overview
Rowena is the protagonist of Twin Wands (public blurb). She was supposed to be the one who would chain the twin magus sisters after the Rift “tore the world open;” instead she becomes their conduit, bound into a living circuit of sex and power—positioned in the copy as the only thing standing between the city and oblivion.
